Emily says: “I’m thrilled to be joining Quantock as Senior Designer at this fast-growing time and to be working alongside a very talented bunch of individuals”.

Mark Dalton, Managing Director says: “Emily joining the team strengthens the agency’s creative department, so it can continue to produce world-class creative work.

We asked Emily what creativity means to her……

What is natural creativity?
It is when an idea is actually there already. It’s about discovering it and pushing to its full potential, so that the final result makes much more sense. It’s as if it always existed.

How does natural creativity shape brands?
Stripping things back to the simplest form means a brand can be left with something so clear and recognisable that the creative then becomes synonymous with the brand.

What are your creative characteristics?
I love the opportunity to really understand each client and what they individually like. Getting to know people first means the end results are intuitive as well as collaborative.

What aspects of creativity do you relish?
I love being able to surprise clients with ideas, things they may not have thought of doing and succeeding in creating something perfectly suited to them. To us, it’s our job, but to them its magic!

What gets you out of bed in the morning?
I’m happy with the simple things really, being immersed in the countryside with our black lab, enjoying the ‘natural creativity’ around me.
