Leo Workwear Catalogue

Leo Workwear

Established for over 35 years, Leo Workwear has one of the most comprehensive ranges of high-quality PPE in the European market. They approached us to design the latest iteration of their workwear catalogue, which we’ve produced for a number of years.

This publication truly illustrates how a seamless relationship can be created between marketing material and the finished product. The cover design cleverly mimics the look of many of Leo Workwear’s products, incorporating a reflective chevron pattern with a bold luminescent orange background.

The challenge with catalogue design is that it is very easy to create page layouts that begin to look repetitive and standardised. Our mission was to ensure that each page was uniquely crafted, showcasing each product with pride. An addition we made was to introduce double page section dividers, highlighting new additions to each range as well as drawing attention to important standards to look out for. Additions such as these may seem small but are incredibly effective in creating an enjoyable user experience, which in turn leads to higher levels of sales.

“This project was an opportunity to utilise creative printing techniques, and use colours and finishes that we wouldn’t normally use. We were able to use special florescent pantones and embossing on the cover. We also used metallics, giving the impression of the reflective strips from the protective clothing.

This publication is certainly eye catching – and reflects the high-visibility of the workwear inside.”
