Middleweight Designer
Location: Taunton, Somerset
Type: Permanent, Full-time / Freelance
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
We are looking for a talented Middleweight Designer to join our creative team. As a Middleweight Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality print and digital design work for a variety of clients across multiple industries. You will have a strong understanding of design principles and digital design trends, as well as an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional work.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to deliver creative solutions for a range of brands and clients
- Design and deliver high-quality designs for a range of projects, including brand identities, print collateral, websites, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging visual designs that communicate the brand message effectively.
- Ensure all design work is delivered to a high standard and on time.
- Work closely with the marketing and strategy team to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies, sharing your knowledge with the team and contributing to the development of the agency’s creative output.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, including typography, layout, and colour theory
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other digital design tools
- Experience in designing for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

As a Junior Designer, you will assist in producing high-quality print and digital design work for our clients across various industries. You will have a solid understanding of design principles and digital design trends and a passion for creating outstanding designs.
