Hampton School
Strong Schools. Stronger Together.

01 | Project Overview
achieving visual and strategic balance.
When four successful and well-established schools came together to form Hampton Schools' Trust, they needed a brand that could communicate the strength of the collective while celebrating the individuality of each member school.
Working closely with Hampton School and gathering feedback from all four founding schools throughout the process, we were tasked with creating a clear, confident identity that would introduce the Trust to parents, staff and the wider community. The goal was to establish a cohesive brand that united the group while ensuring each school's heritage, reputation and character remained firmly intact.
The Challenge
Creating a new trust identity is a careful balancing act. The Trust needed a distinct brand of its own, but one that complemented rather than competed with the established identities of its member schools.
The biggest challenge was achieving visual and strategic balance. Every school needed equal representation within the new identity, with no single institution appearing more dominant than another. Alongside this, the launch needed to reassure parents by clearly explaining the purpose, benefits and vision behind the Trust's formation.

02 | The Straetgy
Uniting Four Schools Under One Vision.
Our approach centred on creating a design system that reflected the idea of collaboration without sacrificing individuality. We developed a new Trust identity, including a logo, affiliation mark, colour palette and typography, designed to sit comfortably alongside each school's existing brand.
A shared visual language was created using the schools' existing colours, photography and logos as building blocks. This allowed the Trust to establish its own character while ensuring each founding school remained visible and celebrated throughout the communications.
To support the launch, we created a carefully structured information booklet that balanced storytelling, explanation and reassurance. Alongside this, we developed a suite of digital assets, including web banners, social media carousels, Instagram reels and LinkedIn content, ensuring a consistent launch across every platform and every school.

03 | The Result
A Trust Identity Built on Collaboration.
The result was a distinctive new brand that successfully introduced Hampton Schools' Trust while preserving the individual character of each member school. The shared design system created consistency across print, web and social channels, helping the Trust establish a clear and professional presence from day one.
A key strength of the project was the way photography, colour and visual identity worked together to celebrate the uniqueness of each school. From showcasing different uniforms to highlighting individual school environments, every element reinforced the message that the Trust was built on partnership, not uniformity.
The launch generated more than 350 engagements across LinkedIn and Instagram, helping to build awareness and understanding of the new organisation. Most importantly, the project demonstrates how multiple established brands can come together under a shared vision without losing the qualities that make each one special.
